CONNECTED CARE SERVICES
Two focused platforms for care beyond the office. Use them on their own or alongside ChartOS, with services hosted on infrastructure your practice controls. Both are in beta testing.

Send a private location-confirmation link by email. The patient consents, shares their device location, and your team receives a dated result with a map and reported accuracy.
Location is reported by the patient's device. Accuracy varies; it does not independently verify identity or a street address.
One invitation. A personal connection.
Invite patients by email into a browser-based waiting room, admit them when you are ready, and meet by video. Run the application and media services on your own servers.
Standalone deployment and integration are in beta testing. Configuration, network access and supported-device testing are part of each installation.
CHARTKEY / BY TANNERMD
ChartKey is a portable EMR for providers on the move. Keep a local medical-record workspace on a compatible Windows flash drive, document care offline and take useful reports into the next conversation.
Encryption and access safeguards are designed to support a practice's HIPAA obligations. Compliance also depends on configuration, devices and how the system is used.

ChartOS Practice is a lightweight, multiuser EMR in development for solo clinicians and small practices, bringing the clinical workflow into one connected workspace. Built for the people who deliver care, with optional AI assistance that stays under provider control.
Our goal: deployment in minutes on a supported setup, with a compact installation that can grow with your practice.

Planned for large practices, multi-location groups and hospitals, ChartOS Enterprise extends the vision of a connected clinical workspace with infrastructure designed to keep teams working as demand grows.
The planned multi-node approach separates clinical workflows from individual server availability. Capacity, recovery objectives and supported integrations will be defined through deployment testing.
